Requirements: • Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field (degree required). • Knowledge of refrigeration systems. • Experience in HVAC maintenance. • Proficiency in AutoCAD (interpretation of drawings and layout development). • Experience with regulatory compliance (NOM-059, NOM-241, and ISO 9001). • Conversational English (preferred). • Technical knowledge specific to the pharmaceutical sector. Main Responsibilities: • Coordination of floor activities with contractors. • Daily activity tracking aligned with project progress. • Collection and analysis of information for report generation. • Direct interaction and management of suppliers and contractors. • Control and administration of project documentation. • Verification of operational parameters and proper functioning of equipment (HVAC and refrigeration). Schedule: Flexible working hours • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with schedule flexibility Work Location: Cuautitlan Izcalli Tepalcapa • Querétaro Km 34.5, México–San Isidro Highway, 54730 Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx.
