At the CHEDRAUI Teoloyucan Distribution Center (CEDIS), we are seeking an **Order Picker** for the following location: **Carretera Cuautitlán Zumpango Lote 25 Mz 825, MEX 35 36, San Juan, 54760 Teoloyucan, Méx.** Minimum Education Level: Completed Junior High School, Experience: At least 3 months operating a hydraulic pallet jack; prior knowledge of handheld/zebra devices, bulk loading/unloading, and numerical aptitude is preferred. **Medical Requirements:** **No sprains, fractures, recent injuries impairing mobility, or surgeries performed less than 6 months ago** **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare merchandise for each store according to their respective orders * Scan merchandise for proper distribution * Verify the number of boxes on each pallet * Distribute merchandise timely and accurately **Work Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off; flexible availability (including shifts up to 12 hours per operation); monthly rotating shifts: * Morning shift: 6 AM to 2 PM * Afternoon shift: 2 PM to 10 PM * Night shift: 10 PM to 5 AM **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $11,300.00, paid weekly every Friday via Santander payroll. * Grocery vouchers of $460.00 per month + 3.5% of base salary * Weekly picking bonus of $200 to $600 (based on productivity: 140 units per hour); this bonus is subject to attendance-related deductions (absences, tardiness), effective starting the first full month after successful completion of the training period * A $4,500 bonus, disbursed in three installments: * \- First installment: $1,500 after 30 days from contract signing\- Second installment: $1,500 after 60 days from contract signing\- Third installment: $1,500 after 90 days from contract signing * **\*Bonus payment is subject to absences and incidents; one absence results in full forfeiture of the bonus** * **IMSS** * **INFONAVIT** * **FONACOT** * **12 DAYS OF VACATION** * **30-DAY CHRISTMAS BONUS (AGUINALDO)** * **25% VACATION PREMIUM** * **25% SUNDAY PREMIUM** * **PROFITS-SHARING (UTILIDADES)** **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL** Salary: Starting at $11,300.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
