Age: 25 \- 45 years old. Education: Completed High School Diploma. Flexible working hours. **Experience in:** \- Freight transportation companies. \- Team management. \- Material resource management. \- Results-driven and objective-oriented. \- Analyze and establish compensation schemes. **Responsibilities:** Operational activities / Driver supervision: Maintain up-to-date internal driver scheduling systems to identify availability status for the next assignment. Generate driver attendance reports. Plan and assign trips based on driver availability. Manage and supervise driver rest periods and departures. Maintain service levels regarding adherence to scheduled appointments. Receive and address client operational requirements. Safety-related activities: Reinforce safety requirements and guidelines established by the client and TMS, as outlined in the instruction letter. Monitor drivers’ recorded driving hours. Ensure 100% attendance at assigned training courses. Comply with the medical history program. Ensure 100% driver attendance. Maintain fleet utilization at 65% under continuous client service and synergies, under supervision. Guarantee 100% trip assignment per shift. Maintain 100% of units in correct status (no unit without status for more than 2 hours). Provide full support to the preventive maintenance program for units under supervision. Support ensuring 100% compliance with driver training programs. Ensure 100% of driver departures are documented with evidence in AS400\.
