Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics and customer service professional to coordinate shipments, manage orders, and oversee the supply chain in the personal care sector. Key Highlights: 1. We require: Responsibilities: • Logistics and Customer Service (wholesale clients, distributors, and retail). • Manage orders for finished products, samples, and promotions. b) Coordinate with production to ensure. • Timely delivery date compliance. c) Track product-related incidents (damages, returns, expirations). • Clearly communicate delivery timelines, logistical constraints, and required documentation. • Transportation and Traffic Management. • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, complying with sanitary regulations (COFEPRIS or other relevant health authorities per country). • Supervise transportation requiring special handling (fragile items, temperature-sensitive goods, or contaminants). • Verify sanitary and labeling documentation for shipments. • Ensure on-time delivery to retail chains with strict receiving time windows. • Supervise storage of finished products under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. • Control batches and expiration dates using FIFO/FEFO systems. • Verify storage conditions (cleanliness, humidity, temperature). • Monitor inventory and report near-expiry or slow-moving products. Requirements: • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. • Experience managing client appointments via portals such as Walmart, Soriana, Chedraui, and regional supermarket chains. • Supply chain experience in manufacturing of personal care or pharmaceutical products. • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards — batch control, traceability, and expiration date management. • Applicable sanitary regulations (COFEPRIS or equivalent) — ERP/WMS systems with quality or traceability modules. • Knowledge of documentation required for health audits or inspections.
