A company driven by its people.** Who are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (in progress or completed). * Experience managing WMS, SAP, or JDA. * Advanced intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, databases, and concatenations). * Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management (IRA, ILA, inventory transactions, and movements). * Personnel management experience (30 people). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (work 6 days, rest 2 days). Key Responsibilities: * Achieve departmental inventory objectives, maintain standards, and promote continuous improvement. * Manage personnel. * Administer tasks, allocate resources, and develop action plans. * Supervise operational teams. * Ensure daily deliverables are met. * Address customer requirements. * Monitor key performance indicators: IRA, ILA, inventory transactions, and movements.
