The Quality Assurance Inspector ensures that different types of products handled in cold rooms are processed and stored according to quality requirements for compliance. Ensures product quality throughout cold room processes, as well as timely release of imported products received in the cold room. * Inspects all products received and processed in the Cold Room Warehouse, evaluating all established quality characteristics according to corresponding procedures to ensure compliance with product specifications by performing sampling based on standard procedures or norms and comparing the product against defined specifications to ensure regulatory compliance of cold room operations and conformity of distributed products. * Ensures execution of appropriate quality controls during receiving, storage, labeling, and distribution processes carried out in the cold room by inspecting processes and verifying compliance with procedures and current regulations to ensure process conformity and maintain the product flow required by business operations. * Guarantees proper disposition of imported products received in the cold room involved in Global hold processes by verifying that products follow the flow based on their assessment and/or intended use condition to ensure correct product disposition. * Provides support for improving quality systems through document updates and participation in validation activities, documenting proposed improvements in procedures or work instructions, as well as recording validation activities based on cold room validation requirements to optimize processes and meet regulatory, regulatory, or corporate requirements. * Executes and/or participates in cost-saving and continuous improvement projects for operations through data analysis, document management, implementation of controls, non-conformance investigations, execution of corrective and preventive actions, etc., to contribute to operational improvement processes at the Distribution Center.
