Opportunity to propose process improvements and apply AI in operations. **HUNTING HAPPINESS is seeking a Logistics professional in Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- B2B Customer Service / Order Management Executive Location: Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico Work Modality: On-site Salary: $20,000 net monthly Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs, with schedule flexibility Job Objective Efficiently manage the full B2B order lifecycle, ensuring accurate order capture, validation, and tracking via ERP systems and customer portals—guaranteeing operational accuracy, on-time delivery fulfillment, and a high level of service for retail, self-service, and consumer goods customers. Main Responsibilities * Manage the entire B2B order lifecycle—from order receipt through final delivery. * Enter, validate, and track orders in SAP Business One. * Administer and monitor customer portals. * Follow up on order releases, rejections, adjustments, and confirmations. * Coordinate with internal departments including Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and Billing. * Address and resolve order- or delivery-related incidents. * Monitor committed delivery dates and ensure on-time delivery performance. * Generate operational reports and conduct analysis using Excel. * Propose improvements to internal processes—including adoption of digital tools or AI-based solutions. Required Experience * 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or B2B order administration. * Experience working with corporate clients or key accounts. * Proficiency in retail, self-service, or consumer goods customer portals. * Mandatory experience managing orders for clients such as Walmart, Soriana, Chedraui, Liverpool, Amazon, Mercado Libre, or similar chains. * Experience operating in dynamic, high-volume order environments.
