At LOGAM, we are seeking a committed and proactive Quality Supervisor with experience in logistics environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Warehouse/logistics management systems: ERP, SAP, WMS, use of handheld/scanner devices to verify locations/inventories. * Quality tools management: sampling, defect identification, visual inspections, basic measurements. * Inspection of received goods: ensure items arrive in good condition, undamaged, properly packaged, free from moisture, mold, etc. * Verification of product specifications: labeling, expiration date, batch number, instructions, customer standards. * Segregation of defective/non-conforming products. Incident reporting. * Storage control: environmental conditions, cleanliness, organization, good practices. * Verify compliance with processes of **receiving, storage, picking, labeling, and shipping**. * Conduct internal floor audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in related fields (Food Science, Quality, Logistics, or similar). * Minimum professional experience in relevant positions. * Solid knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP, etc.). * Proficiency with statistical tools and data analysis.
