A prominent construction company is currently seeking to add the following position to its team: **FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER** Main Responsibilities: • Prepare, monitor, and control the annual and monthly budget; design financial and cash flow projections. * Advise senior management on investment and financing decisions. • Supervise general accounting and issuance of reliable financial statements. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations (SAT, IMSS, Infonavit). * Coordinate monthly tax reviews, reconciliations, and filings. * Maintain up-to-date electronic accounting, CFDIs, DIOT, ISR, IVA, and external audits. • Supervise bank controls and reconciliations; manage billing and collections to ensure accurate revenue. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is desirable. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within manufacturing companies (desirable). • ERP Proficiency: SAP B1.
