Invites you to join our team as: **Sales-focused Trainer** **Job Requirements:** * Completed university studies in Sales Strategy and Management * Age: 30 to 45 years old * Previous experience in training and personnel development. * Knowledge of advanced teaching-learning strategies. * Experience in personnel development. * Advanced staff training skills. * Knowledge of automotive lubricants, greases, and antifreeze (PREFERRED) **Job Responsibilities:** * Design and implement training programs for sales staff * Continuously evaluate employee performance and propose improvements in their development. * Coordinate training activities for employee professional growth. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. * Keep training content updated according to staff needs. * In-person and virtual training * Support course delivery and instructional design (External and Internal) * Assist in the creation of training teaching materials * Support in scheduling training courses * Assist in the digital development of training content * Proficiency in distance learning platforms * Support in training logistics * Attend to Managers and Employees * Support in event coordination * Availability to travel (occasional)
