Reading and interpretation of blueprints and layouts **TRANSMAL LOGISTICS COMPANY** ***HIRING: MANEUVER SUPERVISORS (FIELD POSITIONS)*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum one year of proven experience as a supervisor or area manager * Completed high school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or related field of study * Age between 25 and 50 years * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts * **Constant availability for travel** * Flexible working hours * Gender-neutral **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contact site supervisor or project manager upon arrival at store * Request information regarding basic services and potential delays * Joint inspection of facilities and spaces * Receipt and verification of furniture, internal consumables, and gondola shelving * Verification and measurement check against provided layout or blueprint * Coordination and supervision of unloading operations * Completion of daily reports (status and attendance list) * Submission of photographic evidence for entry and exit * Submission of scope form * Assignment of tasks to maneuver personnel **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $12,430 monthly gross * Per diem allowance of $6,000 monthly * Accommodation for the duration of store work orders * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Overtime and double shifts * Immediate hiring ***CONTRACT SIGNING LOCATION: ATIZAPAN DE ZARAGOZA, STATE OF MEXICO*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service Work location: On the road
