Ensure system records match actual physical stock. * Detect and record product discrepancies. Identify errors, shortages, or overages and provide clear evidence in reports. * Analyze unusual inventory movements. Review suspicious receipts, shipments, or transfers that may impact stock levels. * Update the inventory management system (WMS/ERP). Enter accurate data to maintain real-time information. * Prepare control and audit reports.
