Position Summary: We are seeking an education professional to manage and implement the Institutional Educational Project, coordinate teams and processes, and ensure adherence to the methodology. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the development and implementation of the Institutional Educational Project 2. Trains staff and monitors teaching and tutoring practices 3. Coordinates evaluations, provides support to parents, and participates in the Guiding Team Bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences or related field. Aged between 35 and 45 years. English: FCE Cambridge or TOEFL 543–626. At least 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant area, plus experience in leadership or coordination roles within the field. Manages the development and implementation of the Institutional Educational Project for the Section under their responsibility, promoting shared accountability among collaborators, students, and parents, according to each party’s respective role, to build a community focused on achieving the Institute’s Mission. 1) Trains staff to perform their duties effectively. 2) Develops an annual plan for the Section under their responsibility. 3) Ensures that staff teaching plans comply with the Institute’s methodology. 4) Monitors the effectiveness of teaching practice. 5) Monitors the effectiveness of tutoring practice. 6) Ensures correct application of the Coexistence Manual. 7) Coordinates evaluation of processes and personnel within the Section under their responsibility. 8) Coordinates Technical Council sessions. 9) Provides support to parents. 10) Ensures adequate supply of materials and equipment in their area. 11) Coordinates diagnostic evaluations of prospective students. 12) Establishes links between their Section and internal and external entities. 13) Participates responsibly and actively in the Campus Guiding Team. 14) Contributes to implementing established processes, programs, and activities. 15) Participates in training meetings and programs. 16) Contributes to achieving the Institute’s Mission. - Flexible working hours. - Full-time exclusive employment with IT. - Ability to work under pressure. - Personnel management skills. - Sensitivity and interest in basic education. - Professional appearance. - Social Constructivist Inquiry-Based Methodology. - School administration. - Knowledge of SGC (Quality Management System). - Pedagogy for children and adolescents. - Proficiency in computer tools.
