Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize yard operational flow by managing unit positioning and entry/exit control to reduce idle time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dock coordination and operational planning 2. Control of entries, exits, and dwell time in the yard 3. Effective communication with warehouse, transportation, and security Dicka Logistics is hiring: Yard Assistant What will you do? Ensure timely positioning of units for loading and unloading. Opening of trailer curtains. Yard administration. Coordinate dock assignments according to the operational plan. Maintain control of entries, exits, and dwell times in the yard. Ensure effective communication with warehouse, transportation, and security. Contribute to reducing idle time and optimizing operational flow. Work location: Tepotzotlán Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
