Job Summary: This IT position manages, develops, and supports the technology infrastructure that powers Kuehne+Nagel’s global systems and operations, contributing to global logistics. Working in IT at Kuehne+Nagel contributes to more than we can imagine. ‎ Implement and provide strategic support for Contract Logistics systems solutions; configure systems, conduct internal and customer-facing testing, train end users, participate in WMS process improvement and support, and support related applications ensuring continuity of our customers’ business operations. **How you’ll make an impact** * Resolve work orders / tickets for new customer requests / features. * Serve as functional expert for warehouse systems, collaborating with operations teams and staff functions to design solutions. * Conduct unit (development) and user (SIT) testing; support UAT issue resolution. * Execute actions derived from local/regional/global Contract Logistics Systems strategy. * Identify / recommend / implement process changes to drive improvements. * Manage incidents and resolve support issues via the ticketing system. * Provide technical support during Go-Lives and phased implementations. * Lead Key User training. * The listed activities are illustrative, not exhaustive. **What we’d like you to bring** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with Blue Yonder WMS. SQL (programming).
