Experience: 2 years as responsible for warehouse management and administration. Knowledge: Familiarity with 5S methodology, inventory control and Max/Min analysis, knowledge of warehouse processes (picking lists and raw material picking), operational verification of receipt and storage (BPA), control and verification of FIFO system, knowledge of applicable regulations (STPS), layout management and control, extensive use of KPIs and statistical indicators, and safe forklift operation. Competencies: Information analysis and synthesis, teamwork, effective communication, judgment, decision-making, verbal fluency, and leadership.
