




Position Summary: Manages and oversees student academic and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with institutional regulations and those established by the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP), while providing support and guidance. Tracking of graduation, certification, and SEP-related procedures **Position Objective** Ensure accurate management and oversight of student academic and administrative processes, guaranteeing compliance with institutional regulations and guidelines established by the SEP. **Main Responsibilities** * Management and safeguarding of **academic records** (physical and digital). * Preparation and control of: * Enrollments and re-enrollments * Withdrawals, transfers, and academic regularization * Academic transcripts, certificates, and report cards * Data entry and updating in institutional and official platforms. * Student and parent **support and guidance**. * Monitoring of **graduation, certification, and SEP-related procedures**. * Support during evaluation periods, extraordinary exams, and end-of-academic-cycle activities. * Preparation of academic reports and summaries. * Coordination with academic, administrative, and leadership departments. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Education, or related field (degree obtained or in progress). **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in **School Records** or administrative roles within educational institutions. **Knowledge:** * School records management processes. * Basic SEP regulatory framework. * Academic file management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Handling of confidential information. * Ability to work under pressure. * Service-oriented attitude. **Competencies and Attitudes** * Responsibility * Ethics and confidentiality * Teamwork * Proactivity * Institutional commitment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
