Minimum two to three years’ experience as a Production Supervisor performing the following duties: Management of mixing and formulation lines. Supervision of unionized personnel (more than 50 people). Knowledge of basic hydraulics and pneumatics. Inventory management. Knowledge of quality control. Knowledge of safety and hygiene. Extensive knowledge of time-and-motion studies, production line balancing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement. MRP system proficiency.
