We are looking for a responsible, committed individual with welding experience in the industrial sector. **Responsibilities:** * Perform TIG (Argon) and stick welding operations. * Assemble and fabricate metal structures. * Basic interpretation of blueprints and measurements. * Cutting, preparation, and fitting of materials. * Repair and maintenance of metal parts. * Proper use of welding tools and equipment. * Quality verification of weld beads and finishes. * Compliance with industrial safety standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements:** * Age between 25 and 45 years. * Minimum education: Completed junior high school. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in TIG (Argon) and stick welding. * Experience in fabrication and assembly of metal structures. * Proficiency in cutting and measuring tools. * Knowledge of stainless steel and carbon steel materials. * Basic blueprint interpretation skills. * Industrial sector experience preferred. * Responsible and punctual. * Ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of **$14,000 to $16,000** (based on experience). * Statutory and additional benefits. * Opportunities for career advancement. * Excellent work environment. * Salary increases. * Complimentary uniforms. * Company parking. * Free cafeteria service. * Option for an indefinite-term contract.
