Field team support in supply **Job Objective**: Organize and ensure the logistics execution for materials, equipment, assets, documentation, and other resources assigned to the designated warehouse, in order to achieve successful execution and acceptance of activities across various projects. **Job Duties:** * Receive and record materials, equipment, and assets resulting from field activities. * Organize, package, and safeguard equipment and installation remnants for subsequent shipment. * Generate equipment and material delivery forms for the client. * Coordinate with the client for delivery of field-installed equipment to their warehouses. * Prepare and deliver miscellaneous material kits and/or required field equipment based on instructions from the Project Manager or Project Coordinator. * Support the field team in supply and provide inventory availability information from the warehouse. * Collect dismantled materials and equipment resulting from field activities. * Report warehouse inventory levels to maintain accurate records and coordinate logistics for shipment to the client. * Deliver equipment to the client's facilities if required. * Maintain available inventory of materials and equipment in the warehouse.
