Job stability with the possibility of an indefinite-term contract Warehouse and Inventory Analyst Santiaguito, Tultitlán, State of Mexico **Job Description** A leading company in its industry is seeking a **Warehouse and Inventory Analyst** to ensure accurate control of materials, tools, and equipment, guaranteeing proper management of warehouse receipts, issuances, and inventories. We seek an organized, responsible individual with experience in inventory control and warehouse operations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage material receipts and issuances. * Update and maintain physical and system-based inventory records. * Conduct cyclic inventory counts. * Organize and arrange warehouse space. * Prepare basic reports and key performance indicators. * Investigate and follow up on inventory discrepancies. * Maintain documentation for the department. * Coordinate with operational and logistics departments. * Safeguard and manage tools and equipment. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Age 25–40 years. * Minimum education: Completed high school or technical degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse and inventory management. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience conducting physical and cyclic inventory counts. * Familiarity with administrative systems. * Prior experience in industrial materials, steel, or hardware is desirable. * Proactive, organized, and responsible. * Analytical ability and capacity to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of **$12,000 MXN (tax-free)** * Statutory and additional benefits * Career advancement opportunities * Excellent work environment * Salary increases * Free cafeteria * Free uniforms * Company parking * Company-issued mobile phone and computer * Possibility of an indefinite-term contract Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
