We manufacture pizza dough. **Objectives and Responsibilities:** * Receiving raw materials (dry, refrigerated, and frozen), including those from suppliers and imports. * Releasing shipments containing dry, refrigerated, and frozen products. * Tracking deviations and non-conformities. * Monitoring Prerequisite Programs (PRPs). * Completing required forms. * Actively participating in traceability and recall exercises. **Requirements:** * Completed degree. * Residing near Tepotzotlán. * Minimum two years of work experience as a Quality Inspector. * Demonstrated employment stability. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * 50% vacation bonus. * Grocery vouchers worth 10% of salary. * Monthly gross salary ranging from $10,000 to $12,000 (paid biweekly). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM; one Saturday shift per month, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
