We are seeking a **Quality Associate** with an analytical mindset and passion for technology. **Job Mission** Support the Quality Control department by performing administrative tasks, recording data, and preparing reports. You will be responsible for conducting hardware and software tests on phones, computers, and other electronic equipment using specialized software, ensuring full process traceability and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities.** **\-** Enter all products (Model, IMEI, serial number) into the system and document their initial condition. **\-** Execute hardware and software testing on electronic devices following company protocols. **\-** Maintain up-to-date records for each device throughout its evaluation to ensure full inventory control. **\-** Prepare KPI reports (failure rates, non-conformities) and update quality documentation (procedures and work instructions). **\-** Support audit follow-up, record findings, and verify corrective actions. **What We’re Looking For?** **\- Education:** Technical or University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. **\- Experience:** Preferably 1 year in technology or refurbishment (Refurbished) industries. **\- Technical Competencies:** * Document management and record control. * Data and indicator (KPI) analysis capability. * Knowledge of process tracking and workflow management. **\- Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization * Proactivity * Responsibility * Teamwork **What We Offer?** * **Salary:** $15,000 gross per month. * **Statutory Benefits.** * **Growth:** Development opportunities within a rapidly expanding regional startup. * **Environment:** A young, agile, and results-oriented team. **Position Details:** * **Location:** Logisfashion Centro Maestro "Tepo 1", Carretera Libramiento Sur No. 6\-Edificio 1, Texcacoa, 54605 Tepotzotlán, Méx. * **Schedule:** Full-time. * **Hiring:** Immediate.
