*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for company RH HUNTING in Teoloyucan, State of Mexico** We are currently looking for your talent as: ***OPERATIONS MANAGER (LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION)!*** **Work mode:** 100% office-based. **Office address:** Teoloyucan, Méx. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in transportation engineering, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field **(graduated)**. * Intermediate level of English. * Minimum 5 years of experience as an operations manager handling owned and subcontracted fleets within logistics and transportation companies **(proven experience with recommendation letters)**. * Knowledge of regulations and laws applicable to freight transportation. * Familiarity with TMS platforms, tracking and transport monitoring technologies. * Knowledge of routes, fuel consumption, operational efficiency, and transportation safety (including drivers). * Personnel management, leadership, and KPI indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Promote employee career development plans (training), talent retention, and periodic staff evaluations. * Implement productive work models and best practices. * Validate route designs according to applicable regulations based on the type of articulated vehicle being operated. * Continuously design and review fleet performance KPIs across the company’s different accounts to ensure expected outcomes. * Attend client meetings, presenting results and action plans regarding identified opportunities for improvement in services. * Participate in new projects: design of operational schemes, unit specifications, pricing, tariff structures, definition of required resources, and implementation schedules. * Participate in the preparation of the annual financial budget for the business unit and monitor its execution, ensuring profitability and, if necessary, implementing corrective measures to address deviations. * Participate in monthly financial results meetings, explaining the operating margin. * Make decisions to resolve issues related to fleet mobility on highways. * Ensure key operational processes are properly implemented: daily trip scheduling, fuel control, advances and settlements, release of evidence, on-time arrivals, delivery discrepancies, and timely invoicing. **Skills:** * Leadership. * Problem-solving. * Sense of urgency and goal orientation. * Use of continuous improvement tools (8D, 5 Whys). **Offer:** * Base salary of **$50,000 to $65,000 gross monthly**. * Statutory benefits. * Annual productivity bonus equivalent to 30 days of salary (minimum 90% goal achievement). * Life insurance. * Funeral expense insurance. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. * Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. * Flexible schedule availability. **Desired education level:** Bachelor's degree — graduated **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehousing *This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69288dfa3800003100487092&source=indeed*
