Job Summary: This role ensures inventory reliability through cycle counts, stock control, and implementation of continuous improvements in the warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure inventory reliability and stock control. 2. Support daily warehouse operations and implement continuous improvements. 3. Generate reports and classify inventories in the system and Excel. **Vacancy: Warehouse Assistant / Inventory Analyst** **Job Objective:** Ensure inventory reliability through cycle counting and physical vs. system stock control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts (prioritizing high-turnover items). * Identify and track discrepancies between physical and system inventory. * Support daily warehouse operations and clarifications. * Implement continuous improvements in storage locations and processes (5S, Kaizen). * Generate reports and share information with key departments. * Support inventory classification, relocation, and control in the system and Excel. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (intern or graduate). * Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse functions. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of warehouse control and cycle counting. * Familiarity with storage methodologies and continuous improvement techniques (e.g., 5S, storage techniques, poka-yoke, lean manufacturing, TPS, etc.) is desirable. **Competencies:** Teamwork, attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and service attitude. **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Life insurance and medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers: $3,300 monthly **Location:** LOMA BONITA NEIGHBORHOOD, CUAUTITLAN MUNICIPALITY **Interested Candidates:** Apply via this platform with your CV Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,700.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
