A company driven by its people.** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * SAP system proficiency * Excel (basic level: database entry) * Minimum 1 year of experience * Full schedule availability * Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical sector * Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and Good Storage Practices **Responsibilities:** * Resource and input planning * Requesting and managing inputs * Database entry and updates * Timely tracking of contract manufacturing processes * Downloading and managing orders and documentation in SAP * Monitoring contract manufacturing processes (picking, production, and timeline progress) * Assigning personnel to production lines **Schedule: Shift-based full-time schedule (monthly rotating shift roster)** **Full availability required from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and month-end closures:** * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday * 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday **Work location: Prologist 3 Rios.** * Manzana 002, Axotlan, 54716 Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx. **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $14,102 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * 30-day year-end bonus **At DHL Mexico, you’ll find an environment that challenges you to maximize your skills and professional potential.
