PXT Reports Generate comprehensive HR reports and data analysis, including key performance metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and headcount. Continuous Improvement Promote continuous improvement in the management and documentation of HR systems. Compliance Provide accurate and timely managerial information, ensuring compliance with company processes, data protection requirements, and best practices for maintaining HR systems and records.
