Job Summary: Efficiently coordinate and supervise the overall warehouse operation, ensuring inventory control and process compliance. Key Highlights: 1. LEADING TEXTILE MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION COMPANY SEEKING: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Requirements: * Education: Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree in a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader. * Proficiency in forklift operation is mandatory. * Valid DC3 license for forklift operation required. * Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, controls, and KPIs). * ERP system experience preferred (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, and material storage. RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate general warehouse operations. * Supervise goods receipt and proper storage. * Verify quantities, conditions, and documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. * Manage physical and administrative inventories. * Conduct and follow up on cyclic inventories. * Coordinate correct storage and safeguarding of goods in racks. * Supervise movements and system entries in the ERP. * Track inventory discrepancies and incidents. * Coordinate activities of forklift operators and general assistants. * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and operational control. * Prepare operational and administrative reports for internal tracking. * Ensure compliance with processes, internal controls, and warehouse best practices.
