




QUALITY SUPERVISOR Position Objective: Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in processes and services, guaranteeing the proper implementation of applicable policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise compliance with quality procedures across all operational areas. * Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits. * Identify, record, and track nonconformities and corrective actions. * Train operational staff on quality topics, good practices, and applicable regulations. * Control documentation of the quality management system (manuals, procedures, forms). * Prepare quality reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and root cause analyses. * Support continuous improvement of processes related to quality, safety, and food safety. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field. * Experience: 1 year in quality assurance or quality control (including internships). * Knowledge of internal audits and document management; proficiency in using measurement equipment and laboratory testing; familiarity with quality standards.
