We are now seeking to welcome the following professional to our team: **Maintenance Supervisor** **Work Mode:** On-site **Work Location:** Metropolitan area of Toluca, State of Mexico, and western zone of Mexico City. **Role Purpose** Supervise personnel under your responsibility to correctly execute preventive and corrective maintenance on signaling, telecommunications, Operational Control Center (OCC), and/or ticketing subsystem equipment for the Mexico–Toluca Interurban Train Line; verify that Maintenance Technicians possess the required knowledge, materials, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to carry out assigned tasks; ensure coordinated execution of maintenance activities and timely delivery of progress reports to all interacting departments, thereby ensuring project RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) levels. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate weekly preventive maintenance activities, assigning specific tasks to your team of technicians. * Supervise execution of the preventive maintenance activity program, validating correct implementation with External Supervision per applicable Specific Specifications, procedures, and/or manuals. * Identify deviations and/or incidents directly impacting on-site activity execution, immediately reporting them to your manager and proposing applicable solutions for review and alignment with on-site External Supervision, consistent with business strategy, project objectives, and managerial instructions. * Ensure proper on-site documentation by technicians of performed work, including photographic evidence, service sheets, and other records agreed upon with External Supervision. * Train personnel under your supervision on planned tasks based on technical documentation for each subsystem. * Submit evidence of completed work to the Estimations Department for work order generation. * Provide information and evidence to support root cause analysis of identified failures, generating reports for delivery to the Customer when required. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in **Industrial, Electronics, Systems, Telecommunications, Transportation**, or related field. * **\+** **2 years** supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities on IT, electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment, preferably communication equipment. * Solid experience managing personnel (at least 5 direct reports); tracking preventive maintenance work plans; generating various reports; and using measurement equipment (multimeter, ammeter, oscilloscope, OTDR, etc.). * Desirable experience in preventive maintenance of railway systems equipment and use of aerial work platforms (e.g., Genie). * Certifications (DC\-3\): **Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Electrical Work.** * **English proficiency**: Basic level. * Intermediate proficiency in **Office 365**. **Key Competencies** * Oral and Written Communication * Leadership and Influence * Teamwork and Collaboration * Customer Orientation * Stress Management and Self-Control **What We Offer** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** (SGMM, Life Insurance, Vouchers, among others). * **Additional days off** beyond official holidays. * Monthly salary: **$22,000\.00** **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel or share this vacancy with someone who may be interested.
