For more information, visit www.http: //bausch.com.ar/es\-ar/nuestra\-empresa/pol%C3%ADtica\-de\-privacidad/index.html **Responsibilities:** * Planning and optimizing routes together with the 3PL for customers with appointments * Preparation of credit notes for returns and rejections. * Coordination and follow-up of customer returns and rejections with KN and ensuring product integration into inventory when applicable. * Continuous improvement planning in processes. * Control and monitoring of daily appointment operations (billing and deliveries). * Problem resolution by identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the logistics process. * Tracking delivery time KPIs. * Ensuring supplier payments following B\+L established procedures.
