The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing strategies that support children's learning processes and holistic development, fostering an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment. Key responsibilities: \* Assess and identify educational needs, learning barriers, or difficulties in children's cognitive, emotional, and social development. \* Provide guidance and advisory support to teachers regarding curriculum adaptation and classroom dynamics management. Maintain ongoing communication and guidance with families to monitor children's progress and align support criteria at home. \* Prepare detailed psychopedagogical reports and individual follow-up files. \* Promote a safe, empathetic, organized, and child-wellbeing-centered school environment. \* Collaborate closely with school leadership, teaching staff, and administrative personnel. Requirements: \* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychopedagogy and professional license. \* Experience: Minimum of 1 year. \* Soft skills: High empathy, patience, creativity, responsibility, and active listening. \* Assertive communication: Ability to effectively convey reports and provide guidance to children, parents, and teachers. \* Excellent professional attitude and appearance.
