Production and Maintenance Planning **General Objective** Ensure the efficiency of printing, die-cutting, gluing, and finishing production processes, guaranteeing compliance with the production plan, preventive maintenance, and documentation required by the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. **Required Education** * Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 management systems. * Knowledge of conversion processes: Offset, Flexography, Hot Stamping, Die-cutting, Gluing, Laminating. **Experience** * 3 years in similar positions (planning, production supervision or maintenance). * Proven experience in the graphic arts or packaging industry. * Supervisory experience with operational personnel. * Experience implementing forms, control reports, and tracking indicators (plan compliance, scrap, preventive maintenance). **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and monitor the production and maintenance schedule. * Coordinate operational staff and supervise daily goal achievement. * Control work-in-process and finished goods inventory. * Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve objectives (Sales, Design, Quality, Purchasing, Warehouse). * Document and maintain up-to-date production records and reports required by ISO 9001. * Follow up on corrective actions arising from internal or external audits. * Analyze root causes of deviations and propose improvement actions. * Generate performance indicators for the department (compliance, downtime, internal/external rejections, scrap). * Report directly to the owner on the progress of the production department. **Personal Competencies** * Structured leadership. * Clear and effective communication. * Results-oriented. * Organization and discipline. * Adherence to procedures. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Analytical skills and decision-making ability. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Weekly pay – net / tax-free** **Grocery vouchers** **Punctuality and attendance bonus** Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
