Manage spare parts and technical inventories **A leading paper industry company in Latin America** is currently seeking a **Maintenance Analyst** to strengthen its technical team. **Work Location:** Tultitlán, State of Mexico **Work Modality:** On-site **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze technical failures and propose effective solutions * Coordinate and track preventive and corrective maintenance * Manage spare parts and technical inventories * Monitor maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, compliance, etc.) * Prepare technical reports and continuous improvement analyses * Support process optimization and equipment reliability **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Knowledge of failure analysis and preventive maintenance * ERP system experience (SAP, BEAS, or other ERP systems preferred) * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
