**Logistics Monitor** **Company:** OPL Logística del Valle de México **Location:** San Sebastián Xhala, Cuautitlán Izcalli **Responsibilities:** **Platform management and communication with operators** * Manage the satellite tracking platform and the phone assigned to the department. * Ensure vehicles follow the routes established by clients. * Maintain active communication with operators via messages or calls to confirm trip status. * Report departures, progress, and arrivals of vehicles to the coordination team. * Monitor road environment conditions and prevent disruptions. * Conduct meetings with related departments to address incidents. * Record route incidents and accurately update vehicle operational status. **Dissemination of vehicle status** * Send logistical monitoring logs every 2 hours to involved personnel. * Communicate the status of vehicles staying overnight at locations. * Verify correct trailer position reporting; report anomalies via email or WhatsApp. **Vehicle tracking and control** * Record and report vehicle mileage to schedule maintenance, inspections, and verifications. * Track documentation pending from operators (licenses, medical exams, training, certifications). **Required knowledge and skills:** * Experience with GPS satellite tracking platforms and CCTV monitoring * Security protocols in transportation and route monitoring * National cartography and knowledge of local and long-distance routes * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure **We offer:** * **Weekly payments** * Punctual payment and direct hiring by the company * Statutory benefits * Life insurance and savings fund * Shift schedule **(MANDATORY)** Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Gym service Education: * Completed high school (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
