By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to your team’s success but also support the daily operation and optimal performance of warehouses and distribution centers. At Kuehne\+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ Managing incidents (service interruptions) and service requests (routine service-related tasks), along with managing user communications regarding service interruptions and planned service changes. **How You’ll Make an Impact** 1\. Receive and manage service requests, following agreed-upon procedures. 2\. Assign calls promptly as appropriate. 3\. Log incidents and service requests and maintain relevant records: 4\. Identify and classify incident types and service interruptions. 5\. Log incidents by categorizing them according to characteristics and resolution. 6\. Act under guidance to log and track reliable service data. 7\. Systematically interpret user issues and identify solutions and potential side effects. 8\. Use experience to address user issues and investigate the knowledge base for possible solutions. 9\. Escalate complex or unresolved incidents. 10\. Log and track issues from start to finish. 11\. During change, act systematically to respond to daily operational needs and react accordingly, avoiding service interruptions and maintaining alignment with SLAs and information security requirements. 12\. Respond to common service requests by providing information to enable fulfillment. Promptly assign unresolved calls as appropriate. 13\. Maintain records, inform users about the process, and advise relevant personnel on actions taken. 14\. Act as the routine point of contact, receiving and handling support requests. 15\. Respond to a wide range of support service requests by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution. 16\. Provide frontline investigation and diagnosis and promptly assign unresolved issues as appropriate. 17\. Support the development of standards and apply them to track, monitor, report, resolve, or escalate issues. 18\. Contribute to creating support documentation. **What We’d Like You to Bring** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Conversational English. 1 year of experience with WMS.
