Requirements * Education: Completed high school * One year of experience in an industrial cafeteria * Knowledge of H certification and standard 251\. * Supervision and training of personnel Duties and Objectives * Supervise and train operational staff. * Verify compliance with standard 251, H certification, and ensure proper cafeteria operations. * Monitor service temperatures and logs. * Assign tasks to personnel.
