Position Summary: We are seeking an Auto Body Shop Supervisor to oversee production, organize staff, and ensure quality, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with standards. Participation in improvement projects **LEADING AUTO BODY INDUSTRY COMPANY IS SEEKING:** AUTO BODY SHOP SUPERVISOR **WORK LOCATION: CUAUTITLAN, STATE OF MEXICO.** **Basic job requirements:** Interpretation of blueprints and drawings. Basic metrology. Knowledge of welding, basic electricity, and pneumatic systems. Proficiency in using various tools. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Adhere to company values: Honesty, Loyalty, Responsibility, and Respect. 2. Follow company guidelines and responsibilities as stipulated in the internal regulations. 3. Participate in company improvement projects. 4. Be responsible for implementing the Production Procedure. 5. Organize assigned personnel, clearly assigning tasks and minimizing waste of time, materials, and labor. 6. Identify and report any process-related activities that jeopardize personnel safety. 7. Verify daily attendance of assigned personnel and enforce internal regulations, applying sanctions to those who violate them. 8. Identify unsafe acts and/or conditions in the workplace. 9. Report any operational stoppages—due to materials, personnel, machinery, and/or engineering information—to Production Management. 10. Demand timely supply of scheduled orders from Production Management, per the supply and production control system. 11. Follow up on preventive or corrective actions initiated by Production Management. 12. Release vehicles for painting using the production form and the traveler sheet, cross-checking against the order to prevent missing components or welds. 14. Coordinate correct installation of all components according to work instruction requirements to verify completeness per the order. 16. Perform daily cleaning of the work area together with subordinates 5 minutes before the end of the workday. 17. Propose improvements and opportunities to Production Management. 20. Active and effective participation in the 5S culture. 22. Ensure assigned personnel comply with established safety equipment requirements. 23. Report and submit to Human Resources awareness notices or suspensions issued to assigned personnel. ***24.
