National Leading Company in Logistics Solutions, due to expansion, is seeking: **Head of Asset Security** Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred). * More than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or security management. * Availability to travel to the company's various branches. **Knowledge:** * Solid knowledge of TSA, C\-TPAT regulations, OEA standards, and transportation security protocols, ISO. * Proficiency in the use of surveillance systems, GPS tracking, and other security technologies. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. * Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or freight forwarding. * Development of security procedures and policies. * Risk and Vulnerability Analysis. **Activities:** * **Transportation and Cargo Security:** Monitor and enforce security protocols for incoming and outgoing shipments. * Conduct inspections of trucks, trailers, and containers to prevent unauthorized access or tampering. * Implement and maintain secure loading and unloading processes. * **Surveillance and Risk Assessment:** Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential threats to the transportation network. * Coordinate with external security personnel and local authorities when necessary. * Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with TSA, C\-TPAT, and other relevant security regulations. * Maintain accurate records of inspections, incident reports, and corrective actions. * Prepare reports on transportation security incidents and implement preventive measures. * **Training:** Conduct regular security training sessions for drivers, warehouse staff, and contractors. * Lead investigations related to theft, loss, or damage of goods in transit. * Serve as the primary point of contact for all transportation security matters. **We Offer:** * Comprehensive Monthly Salary * Statutory Benefits
