Tracking and authorization of savings fund loans **Soriana is seeking a PAYROLL MANAGER in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- **SORIANA FRESCOS CEDIS CUAUTITLAN IZCALLI** We are located along the Mexico\-Queretaro Highway, adjacent to Kloblenz company in the municipality of Cuautitlán Izcalli Work schedule: Monday through Saturday, with Sunday as day off **THIS IS A MIXED SHIFT:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits, * Complimentary uniform, * Paid training programs * Permanent employment status after one month of joining **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Oversee the payroll process * Process employee onboarding and offboarding in the system * Review payroll incidents, overtime, Sunday premiums, FTV and DL, disabilities, and vacations. * Calculate ISN, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT contributions to ensure timely and accurate payment processing * Ensure timely and accurate submission of IMSS procedures: employee onboarding, offboarding, and risk premium calculations. * Monitor savings fund deposits, loan applications, and loan authorizations. * Activate withdrawals of excess funds from the savings fund * Validate savings fund loans (absences, penalties, findings) * Process salary increases * Manage internal position changes * Initiate intercompany transfers * Receive intercompany transfers **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * PROACTIVE * HONEST * RESPONSIBLE *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69eaa95d3300003d00f86ad4\&source\=indeed*
