Design and implement waste management and energy conservation plans. **Company**: Nestlé **Location**: Cuautitlán Factory **Profile**: * Completed bachelor's degree or engineering program. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. **Position Objective:** Ensure compliance with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental policies at the plant, promote a risk prevention culture, guarantee safe working conditions, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate regulations, thereby protecting employees, facilities, and the environment. **A Day in the Life of...** * Implement occupational accident and disease prevention programs. * Coordinate internal and external safety audits. * Supervise compliance with Mexican official standards and internal corporate standards. * Monitor environmental conditions at the plant. * Ensure proper planning of hygiene and cleaning protocols in production areas. * Design and implement waste management, energy savings, and emission reduction plans. * Ensure compliance with local and federal environmental regulations. **What Will Make You Successful:** * Knowledge of Mexican safety and environmental regulations, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. * Project management.
