**REQUIREMENTS:**
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager in automotive, metalworking, or manufacturing industries.
· Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
**KNOWLEDGE:**
· ISO 9001, 14001, 31000, and 31010.
· 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa tools.
· SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, PDCA, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
· Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
· Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of ISO Management Systems.
· Guarantee effectiveness of internal and external audits.
· Define and execute the global quality strategy aligned with company objectives.
· Establish quality policies and performance indicators for the department and organization.
· Supervise quality control floor activities to ensure product conformity throughout all stages.
· Ensure proper application of inspection and testing methods.
· Implement organizational-level continuous improvement projects and corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure products and processes comply with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
