**Maintenance Manager \- Transport Lines,** Location: San Sebastián Xhala, Cuautitlán Izcalli **Position Objective:** * Manage the maintenance department ensuring optimal operation of the vehicle fleet, facilities, and workshop resources, aligned with Integrated Management System standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 39001\). * Main responsibilities: * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for transport units, trailers, and dollys. * Manage workshop resources (tools, personnel, external services). * Coordinate responses to mechanical failures on the road. * Control and optimize maintenance expenses. * Supervise vehicle inspections, cleaning, fumigation, and infrastructure maintenance. * Analyze root causes of failures to implement continuous improvement actions. * Meet key performance indicators and road safety regulations. **Experience:** * Minimum of 5 years' experience in vehicle fleet maintenance within transportation or logistics companies. * **MANAGEMENT PROFILE IN TRANSPORT LINES IS ESSENTIAL** * Leadership and management of operational teams. * Knowledge of road safety regulations and quality management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 39001\). * Proficient in ERP systems for maintenance control and unit tracking. * Strong results orientation, decision-making, and process control.
