Main responsibilities: Monitor main doors and entrances. Verify visitor identification and report them to the appropriate department. Maintain a record of all individuals entering and exiting the facility. Ensure overall site security and prevent unauthorized personnel from entering. Log entries and exits using physical logs. Inspect arriving containers, trailers, and supplier vehicles for loading and unloading operations. Control documentation records for incoming and outgoing goods. Conduct checks on staff, vehicles, customers, and/or visitors upon departure to prevent unauthorized removal of materials. Maintain constant communication with internal security and the operations manager. Ensure compliance with established access protocols. Report any incidents, irregularities, or risks detected during shifts.
