If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next\-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. **Job Description** **We are looking for:** Dealer Development and External Training Manager **Position Objective:** Ensure business areas have a profitable and efficient network of dealers and Volvo Service Points (PSV) that meet the brand’s requirements for improvement and development. Design and plan training strategies for Volvo Service Points, Integrated Workshops (WSI), dealers, and customers. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Degree required) * **Experience:** 6 \- 10 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role. * **Language:** Advanced English **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the master plan for dealers and Volvo Service Points, ensuring coverage and operational efficiency. * Define and implement annual objectives for dealers and PSV jointly with business areas. * Coordinate and monitor annual or operational plans using strategic KPIs. * Evaluate dealer and PSV performance through periodic reviews and follow\-up meetings. * Implement, update, and audit the D.O.S. (Dealer Operating Standard) in accordance with Volvo Group guidelines. * Manage dealer selection, development, and termination based on performance, compliance, and Code of Conduct. * Supervise training and the skills matrix for dealers, PSV, and Integrated Workshops (WSI). * Plan, implement, and operate new Volvo Service Points aligned with business strategy. * Manage commercial performance of PSVs: sales, profitability, inventory, and forecasting. * Lead commercial and marketing action plans, including promotions and customer development. * Manage resources and teams to maximize business results and customer satisfaction. * Ensure regulatory, safety, and audit compliance, promoting Volvo standardization and best practices.
