




Job Summary: Coordinate daily operations, lead the team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, control inventory, and optimize processes for operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining and continuously optimizing processes Key Functions and Responsibilities **Operations Management**: Coordinate daily inbound and outbound flow, ensuring on-time delivery and productivity targets are met. **Personnel Supervision**: Lead, train, and motivate the operational team (operators, spotters, cleaning staff), evaluate performance, and take corrective actions. **Safety and Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (zero accidents), maintain order and cleanliness (5S), and guarantee proper operation of machinery. **Inventory Control**: Supervise the organization, location, and safeguarding of materials or equipment, ensuring physical inventory accuracy against system records. **Maintenance**: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery (tractors) and yard infrastructure. **Process Optimization**: Implement continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs, evaluating the use of technology such as ERP or WMS software. **Compliance with Corporate Policy (CTPAT)** Reports to: Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Logistics Manager.
