A company powered by our people.** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school; bachelor’s degree preferred. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills: proficiency in pivot tables, databases, formulas, and chart creation. * Knowledge of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management): preferred. * Experience: 1–3 years in operational planning or logistics roles. * Specific experience: cargo volume calculation (cubicaje) and capacity control. * Familiarity with types of transportation units. * Knowledge of Mexico’s geography: routes, zones, and strategic locations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Generate and assign trips according to transportation requirements. * Prepare and maintain vehicle registration records for assigned units. * Review and validate cost agreements provided by customers for transportation assignment. * Generate and administer QR codes for operational processes. * Request and collect information from transportation carriers. * Track confirmation of supplementary information required for Carta Porte documentation. **Work Schedule:** Three-shift rotation. * 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday * 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Saturday * 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Saturday * 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday to Friday. **Work Location:** Cuautitlán Izcalli **We Offer:** * $15,496 monthly gross salary * 10% food vouchers * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Indefinite-term employment contract. **At DHL Mexico, you’ll find an environment that challenges you to maximize your skills and professional potential.
