At Colchas México S.A. de C.V., we are seeking a Shipping Coordinator who ensures proper planning, execution, and monitoring of finished product deliveries, guaranteeing on-time fulfillment, quality, and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring orders arrive on time and in full, optimizing routes, resources, and logistics processes, while maintaining inventory control and efficiency in the shipping area. Main Responsibilities: \-Plan and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries. \-Supervise shipping operations and dispatch of finished products. \-Ensure delivery vehicles comply with legal and mechanical requirements. \-Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics to guarantee efficient flow. \-Track deliveries and resolve incidents en route. \-Supervise operational staff in the area. Requirements: \-Completed high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred). \-Minimum 3 years of experience as Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor or Coordinator. \-Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and inventory control. \-Experience managing operational staff. \-Results-oriented, organized, and capable of decision-making.
