Opportunity to learn about design and prefabrication Responsible for fabricating frames and components for TECHO Mx’s programmatic housing solutions (e.g., emergency housing, bathroom cabins, offices, etc.) with the highest quality and within established timelines. Objectives: * Acquire knowledge from direct supervisor regarding housing fabrication and implementation. * Perform work to the highest quality standards required by TECHO. * Meet housing production and work targets. * Acquire knowledge from direct supervisor regarding design and prefabrication of alternative solutions, delivering strong performance in their implementation. Responsibilities: * Assemble, cut, and glue frames for panel fabrication and any other housing-related components, as well as any other work or activity generating organizational income. * Loading and transporting materials. * Any type of carpentry work or related tasks. * Passion for tackling new and diverse challenges energetically and results-oriented, in an organized manner. * Developed carpentry skills. * Knowledge of time and task management. Requirements: * Excellent handling of carpentry machinery and tools * Completed basic education or high school diploma Work Schedule: * Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00, and Saturdays, 09:00–13:00 * $9,826.19–10,216.00 MXN monthly, before taxes.
