***ADHESIVE MACHINE OPERATOR*** **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience operating automatic adhesive machines, preferably in the box or packaging manufacturing sector. * Knowledge of adhesive machinery operation, especially automatic injector and disc systems. * Ability to interpret technical specifications and adjust the machine accordingly. * Good observational skills to detect quality issues during production. **Main responsibilities** * Efficiently operate the automatic adhesive machine to produce double-wall boxes with 2, 4, or 6 corners. * Ensure proper adjustment of discs and injectors, configuring the machine according to job specifications (size, type of adhesive, number of corners, etc.). * Monitor the adhesive application process, ensuring parts are properly bonded without defects or adhesion failures. * Verify final product quality, checking for imperfections in bonding or box formation. * Perform necessary adjustments and calibrations to optimize machine performance, adjusting speed, adhesive type, and injector system as required. * Monitor workflow and manage material supply to ensure uninterrupted production. * Identify and report any anomalies or malfunctions in the machine for prompt repair. * Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality requirements.
